1. On-Device Intelligence

NuDefndr utilizes Apple’s SensitiveContentAnalysis framework for all scanning. This means sensitive content is identified locally and securely by on-device AI. We operate under a zero-trust model: no uploads, no external servers, and no internet connection required for core functionality.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

To be perfectly clear, NuDefndr **does not collect, store, or transmit** any of the following:

• Your photos or videos.
• Results of any content analysis.
• Personal identifiers, device identifiers, or analytics data.
• Location data or usage patterns.

3. Data Stored Locally

All data generated by the app is stored securely within your device's protected sandbox:

• App Settings: Your preferences are stored locally via Apple's standard `UserDefaults`.
• Scan Data: Timestamps and asset IDs are stored locally to optimize performance. No image content or metadata is persistently stored by the app.
• Vault Encryption: Photos you move to the Vault are encrypted with AES-256 and stored in a protected directory. The encryption key is stored securely in the iOS Keychain.

4. In-App Purchases

Pro features are managed through Apple’s secure in-app purchase system, facilitated by RevenueCat. We do not collect or have access to any of your payment information. For more details, you can review RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

5. Children’s Privacy

NuDefndr is not intended for use by children under the age of 17 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any personal data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations like COPPA.
