Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NuDefndr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dro1d Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use NuDefndr on devices you own or control.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NuDefndr only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent security features
• Redistribute or resell the app without authorization

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

NuDefndr is free with optional premium features available through in-app purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds: All sales are final. For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy and security are paramount. As detailed in our Privacy Policy:

• All AI analysis happens 100% on-device using iOS machine learning frameworks
• No photos are ever uploaded to cloud servers
• Vault data is encrypted with AES-256 military-grade encryption
• We cannot access, decrypt, or recover your vault contents

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your vault password and Face ID/Touch ID access.

5. Jailbreak Detection

NuDefndr includes jailbreak detection mechanisms to protect vault integrity. On jailbroken devices, certain security features may be restricted or disabled. We are not responsible for security compromises on jailbroken devices.

6. Content Liability

NuDefndr is a tool for organizing and securing your personal photos. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to store in the vault. We do not monitor, access, or control vault contents.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NUDEFNDR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

While we implement strong encryption and security measures, no system is completely impenetrable. We do not guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRO1D LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO VAULT CONTENTS.

9. Data Loss

We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important photos. If you forget your vault password or lose Face ID access, we cannot recover your encrypted vault contents.
